The Two Job Descriptions 
is for those service professionals who are directly taking care of the customers.  The basic premise of this course is that you are either serving the customer, or you are serving someone who is.

Managing for Service Excellence is for your mid-managers and supervisors. The abilities required to be a successful service provider are very different from the ones needed to manage a team of service professionals.

If you are looking to improve how your entire organization operates, then the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence is ideal. The Baldrige Criteria is considered the world's most widely accepted set of standards for effectively running any organization...regardless of industry.

The criteria is a rigorious collection of standards thay exemplify how world-class organization perform.  They are divided into seven categories:  Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer/Market Focus, Measurement/Analysis/Knowledge Mgt., Workforce Focus, Process Mgt, and Results.

Bryan is a member of the Board of Examiners for the Baldrige National Quality Program (BNQP).  The BNQP administers the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award which is the highest recognition that a U.S. organization can achieve for performance excellence. It is awarded annually by the President of the United States to businesses from all sectors. 

As an examiner, Bryan is responsible for reviewing and evaluating organizations that apply for the award.
